We do breathing practices, meditation, inquiry and welcome self-compassion. We integrate supports for the nervous system, like healthy sleep routines. We can safely explore feeling and sensation and the mind’s process of making meaning. There are skillful ways to work with thought, even when the mind is racing with anxiety or we are triggered by trauma into a modern version of fight/flight/freeze.
Our bodymind/nervous systems can be stressed by grief, healing from trauma and every day life. Join me for fifteen to thirty minutes a day for the next several weeks. If that time doesn’t work for you, I post the videos on my Youtube Channel where you can work with them at your convenience and repeat the ones you especially enjoy.
